Avant-Garde began as the brainchild of its founders, Alexander Calzadilla and Edward Saunders, with one simple goal in mind – to create an outlet where one can go to purchase affordable high quality modern and contemporary home furnishings.  Originally established as an eBay selling account, the limitless potential for growth was immediately apparent.  While maintaining our presence on eBay, we realized the need to additionally branch out by incorporating and creating an independent website that would allow the Avant-Garde concept to fulfill its promise without restrictions or boundaries. In order to accomplish all of this, we realized we needed help. We have been trying to hire a full time sales manager to manage our sales team.
